FlutterFree T
Flutterfree T is an optimized and improved version of the classic Flutterfree diffuser. Its performance is enhanced with a varied, aperiodic surface texture and “T” shaped wells that shift the frequency range of diffusion to a more optimal 1kHz+ region.
Flutterfree T is a high-frequency-diffusing solid wood plank that is commonly used to remove flutter echoes from rooms. Flutter echoes occur in rooms with parallel reflective walls and their presence can interfere with speech intelligibility and sound quality.
A slotted option allows the Flutterfree T to absorb sound at mid or low frequencies depending upon the air space or presence of backing fiberglass.
Flutterfree T is available in hardwoods, softwoods, and painted finishes. The planks easily mount to walls or ceilings with nails or wood cleats.
