Picado
Picado is a micro-perforated sound-absorbing wood panel offered with 0.5mm or 0.9mm diameter perforations. The micro-perforations are barely visible at distances of 10 feet or greater, appearing as a monolithic surface. Finish options include wood veneer, painted, or laminate. Picado can be fabricated in large panels or tongue-and-groove planks that are typically field installed over furring strips with Z-clips with 1-inch or 2-inch fiberglass backing.
